In the event of cancellation, we apply the following cancellation fees:
- up to 60 days before arrival: We charge the deposit
- up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the room price for the booked period
- Cancellation from the 29th day before arrival and in case of early departure or or delayed arrival: 80% of the room price for the period booked if we are unable to rent the apartment for the same period.
- The deposit is a processing fee and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated“. [Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code].
- We recommend that you take out a contingency policy to avoid cancellation costs in the event of illness, accident or death,

Pets are allowed on request with a small surcharge, we also recommend that you sign a pet insurance, as any damage will be charged.
