The many trails through dense coniferous forests ensure pleasant temperatures and offer adventure and thrills. An important cycling event for cycling enthusiasts is the "Dreiländergiro", the tour of the three countries which takes place every year, at the end of June.

Since the summer of 2005, Nordic walking in the Pass Resia tourist paradise has played an important role and is being practiced with increasing enthusiasm by many people. Six Nordic Walking Trails at an ideal altitude of 1470 to 1950 m and 39.8 km of marked trails are particularly suited to the needs of sport tourists.
